A crème lowlighting system that contains the filler and lowlight shade in one simple, time-saving formula.
Hypnotic Lowlights can be used to create deep, rich accent pieces or as an all-over colour. The system features ten shades ranging from vibrant reds and coppers to rich brown and dark blonde shades. Enriched with acai berry, acacia flower extract, aloe vera and Scruples’ exclusive Protective Barrier Complex (PBX ), these low-ammonia lowlights are so conditioning and shiny they’ll leave you entranced.

1. Dispense 1 application, as indicated on tube, Hypnotic Single–Step Creme Lowlights into mixing bowl. Measure 0.5 Fl. Oz.Pure Oxi 10 Volume Creme or Demi-Permanent Creme Developer and pour into mixing bowl. Whip color creme and developer to a creamy consistency
2. Apply Hypnotic Single–Step Creme Lowlights to dry hair using foils, color papers or an all- over color application.
NOTE: Can be used on gray hair.
3. Process: Hypnotic Single–Step Creme Lowlights. See processing times.
4. Shampoo twice with White Tea Sulfate Free Restorative Shampoo.
5. Apply NO H2O2 No Peroxide, leave on 3 – 5 minutes and rinse.
6. Apply White Tea Daily Conditioner, leave on 1 – 3 minutes and rinse.
