Scruples Blazing High Lights Gel Color 4oz

Color can lift color.
Lifts up to 7 levels through natural or color treated hair and deposits permanent hair color in a single process.
Contains Scruples' exclusive Protective Barrier Complex (PBX), which protects the dye molecule and deposits color deep into hair while conditioning and creating incredible shine.

Directions:

1. Determine the natural or color-treated hair color level using the Blazing Highlights Level Finder in the Blazing Highlights Swatch Book. If the hair color is between levels, always formulate to the darkest level.
Note: Blazing Highlights Toner Infused Gel Color is for use on hair that is less than 75% gray.
If hair is more than 75% gray, pre-color the hair.
2. Select the desired highlight shade.
3. Measure scoops of X-tra Light Booster Concentrate as determined by initial color level.
4. Measure Toner Infused Gel Color and Oil Lightener.
5. Mix together until dissolved.
6. Measure developer, pour slowly and whip to a gel-like consistency.
Note: Always use Pure Oxi 10 or 20 Volume Clear Developer, never a Creme Developer.
Apply using an off-the-scalp highlighting method (weaving, slicing or block coloring). Blazing Highlights is not recommended for on-the-scalp lightening.

Processing Times

7. Rinse color and shampoo hair with preferred Scruples shampoo.
8. Spray with NO H202 No Peroxide, leave on 3-5 minutes and rinse.
9. Condition hair with preferred Scruples conditioner.
